Learning from and teaching those in need

Welcome back!

Hi everyone! This is your English Blog.A type of resource centre where I will occasionally put homework tasks and reference material for you to access.

This Blog will also be used to present your work. Some of the selectivitat written preparation that deserves merit will be put up on this blog too.

If you have used any particularly good online interactive websites and would like to add them, post a comment and I will be straight onto it.

I hope you find some of the information on here useful!

Thanks Danielle Turkov

Grammar presentations

Hello everyone, as part of your oral mark I would like you to work on grammar presentations. These are your groups and grammar topic:

Conditionals- Marcos C, Maria Valverde and Pati M

Passive- Ricardo,Bea and Gabriela

Modal verbs (general)- Nuria and Alfons

Modal verbs deduction- Myriam C , Carlos Pelejero and Luis

Gerunds and infinitives- Marina and Guillermo

Present Perfect. Simple VS Present perfect continuous- Pati A, Carla R and Jordi

Past Perfect- Clara and Ignacio

Try and make it as interesting and as fun as possible! You can be creative and use ideas that involve songs and much more. The presentation must cover key areas such as:

  1. USE
  2. STRUCTURE
  3. PRACTISE
Enjoy! These presentations are to be posted on your BLOGS by Monday the 5th December. Some of you will start your presentation then and then when we get back from the SUPER PUENTE we will finish them on the 12th, which will then be followed by a USE OF ENGLISH TEST on Wednesday 14th December :-)

  1. From my point of view, I consider that doing this type of excercise will allow us to learn or revise some grammar points in an entertaining way. while doing our research we have obtained a knowledge of our topic, otherwise we will not be able to explain it! I hope I will enjoy the activities you have prepared for us. I 'm sure you will enjoy our presentation!!!! and last but not least....don't forget that doing grammar is not always boring!! good luck :)
